 We think our customers should be totally satisfied with all our Studio Coconut products. If for any reason the Buyer is unsatisfied with the delivered products, the Buyer must let us know in writing (by e-mail or by mail), stating the order number.

The Buyer has the right to cancel the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason, within fourteen calendar days from the day following the delivery.

If the Buyer wants to use this right, he/she is required to return all goods in original condition and packaging at his/her own risk and expense to:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item that is damaged, incomplete or whose original packaging has deteriorated will not be refunded nor exchanged.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.



 In order to be admissible, complaints and any visible damage and/or quality defects of an article or other failure in the delivery, must reach us within 8 days of after the delivery of the goods. We require a picture send by mail to, as proof. We will notify you of the approval or rejection by email and we will provide you with instructions for the return of the products. Acceptance of the goods by the Buyer covers every possible fault or non-conformity observable at that time.



 Upon receipt of the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will refund the amount paid by you (excluding shipping) back to your account, within fourteen days after receiving the goods.

If the products are not in accordance with the terms of the withdrawal, the amount will not be refunded. If you want another product instead, you must pay the shipping thereof. Goods that are designed specifically for you, are not returnable. In this case you cannot rely on the right of renunciation.



If you haven't received a refund yet, first check with your bank account again. It may take some time before you're refund is officially posted. Contact your bank. there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at



Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless Studio Coconut has send you the wrong item. In this case, Studio Coconut will pay for the shipment for returning your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
