payment options



Our store is hosted on Shopify inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

For settlement of online payments we cooperate with Paypal and Mollie, using iDEAL via Mollie and Bancontact/Mister Cash via Mollie.

We do not have access to the confidential details of payment of our customers. Our payment method is secure. This security system guarantees confidentiality and holder authenticity and prevents unauthorized third parties from gaining access to the Buyer’s information.

Payment can only be made by authorized credit or debit cards. The authorized cards are mentioned on our website. The Buyer will need to provide the details of the card when he/she places his/her order.

Payment by bank transfer is also a possibility. After the Buyer has placed his/her order, the Seller will send an e-mail to the Buyer with all the payment data. He will then have 10 days to transfer the amount to Studio Coconut by bank transfer, mentioning the order number. As soon as Studio Coconut has received the payment, the Seller will get the package ready and send it within 1 day of receiving the payment. If Studio Coconut has not received the payment after 10 days, the Seller will send the Buyer a reminder by email. If the Seller does not receive a response to this within 3 days, the Seller will return the items to sales and cancel the Buyer’s order.

The account number of Studio Coconut is IBAN: BE75 7310 3870 0951 and BIC: KREDBEBB. The Buyer will also find these on the order confirmation. 

Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
